WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
* Digital subscriptions or downloadable PDF patterns
* Gift cards
* Subscription boxes (see below)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons where we’re not to blame.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
As each bi-monthly subscription box is made to order for you, we’re unable to accept returns for these items. However, we announce projects in advance, and you are able to skip kits easily in your customer portal should you wish. You can also cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, no further payments will be taken.
Please note that we are unable to refund the first kit of an activated subscription where the first kit has already been processed to be made to order. This happens on the 1st of each project month (January, March, May, July, September and November).
Immediately available boxes or shop items
If you’ve bought an immediately available kit (one of our past projects that we’ve brought back for immediate sale), you can return your box, in its original condition, within 30 days of receiving it.
Please email us within those 30 days (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll reply with the address to return your box to. You’ll then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep your proof of postage as the item will need to arrive with us safely.
Where a gift voucher has not been activated within 30 days of purchase, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of the order receipt confirmation.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll reply with the address to return your box to. You’ll then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Late or Missing Refund
There is often some processing time before a refund will appear in your bank account. We will let you know when the funds have been transferred to you. If after a day you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company first.
If you’ve investigated the problem with your bank and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if something’s broken or damaged?
Every box is packed with care, but if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.
