WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE BOXES OR SHOP ITEMS
When you buy an immediately available one-off subscription box or shop item, we’ll post it out within 1-2 working days to your delivery address. 

If the item is a gift, we can add a personalised message. You’ll have the option to add this (for free) on the checkout page.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Project months are scheduled for January, March, May, July, September and November. They are prepared and posted by the 10th of each project month - based on the number of subscribers by the end of the month before. 

If you order in January or February, your first box will be posted around the 10th March (the closest project delivery date after), and around the 10th of every other month after that.

The cut off point for each box is the end of the month prior to postage, so if you subscribe in the first ten days of a project month, this will not include a project that month as we won’t have the resources for you.

It is expected to arrive with you 2-3 working days later via Royal Mail.

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Project months are scheduled for January, March, May, July, September and November. 

Step-by-step photo instructions and pattern pieces will be available to download, and video content will be available to access on the 10th of each project month. An email will be sent to confirm any relevant passwords for that month on the same date. 

When a digital subscription is purchased, an email will be sent to confirm any relevant passwords for the next project month release date (10th).

The cut off point for each box is the 9th of each project month, i.e. January, March, May, July, September and/or November.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently only deliver to the UK.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The subscription boxes are intended to fit through a letterbox, but we recommend having it delivered to somewhere there will be someone in to receive it. Every postie is different!
